I’m a lifestyle coach and Personal trainer with a strong passion for individualizing training methods and nutrition plans.
My interest in the health and fitness industry started from an early age. I received an Honours Certificate in Physical Education while at high school.
A steady progression from training in a Gym then steered me along the road to Power lifting and Bodybuilding for which I have competed on both State and National levels.
For over 30 years now I have been involved in the fitness industry in one way or another. During this time I have consistently updated my knowledge and educated myself in adapting training methods and nutrition to benefit individuals. Helping others achieve their goals is extremely rewarding and of course a lifestyle choice I myself have made.
Early in the piece I understood as individuals we are all very different and what works for one may not necessarily work for another. This fascinated me , and being of a very light frame myself I had to adapt my training and nutrition to suit my body type.
Over the years I have incorporated these methods to individualize specific programs to each person’s needs and body types.
The knowledge and experience I have gathered over the duration has been invaluable in sharing with my clients. Whether it be sport specific, weight loss or even to assist someone in getting into their best physical shape that they can be in. Right down to helping a person to compete in their first Body building or figure contest.
I am at the stage in my life now where most of my satisfaction comes from helping others achieve their goals. I take great pleasure in helping people make a lifestyle choice in health and fitness to achieve the best they can. Sharing with people the satisfaction and feeling of well being that comes from being fit and having a healthy life style.
And remember age is no barrier!
